SkyZone - The Universal Physical "Play" Experience
of the 21st Century
"SkyZone
introduces a totally new environment. SkyZone, a sport where
every physically active individual can enjoy the beauty of
movement and can enjoy successfully and safely participate
in regardless of size, strength or physical abilities. SkyZone
is the first three dimensional activity that does not require
belts, ropes or safety equipment. The playing surface is comprised
of a series of trampolines that are connected together with
side walls that insure no one leaves the playing field. The
most dynamic but safe activity anyone could ask for."
"The
perfect activity for the physically active individual involved
within intramural activity from the interscholastic varsity
star athlete to the high school couch potato or computer gamer.
Everyone can enjoy the activity and successfully participate
in a team activity or group "rouncing" fitness class.
A truly "level" playing field for both male and
female and the first team game in which "coed" teams
are truly competitive. Size and strength has no bearing on
success."
"SKYMANIA:
A physically demanding cardiovascular activity that is fun
and exciting and everyone can participate. It combines aerobics,
gymnastics, sport and dance but is easy on the knees, ankles
and back. It stresses trunk stability and lower body dynamic
movement and upper body control. It is simply play that is
tolerated well by all participants."
"The
SkyZone court is low maintenance, and cost effective to purchase
but allows maximum usage within the intramural environment.
The court requires no environmental restrictions and can easily
be placed in a building shell. It offers multiple levels of
competition that will challenge every physically active individual
that steps on to the court. It is plain "fun" physical
activity for all ages and physical abilities and truly an
intramural sport."
